Sushi Tong? More like a Sushi Scoopi. Or, more specifically, a Nigiri Nuggeter. The attractive kitchen tool from IPPINKA seeks to help budding sushi chefs make "perfect nigiri" by way of a non-stick, stainless steel scoop and compression handle design.
To use the Sushi Tong, grab your bowl of fresh sushi rice, and then use the tool to grab a properly shaped and portioned scoop of it. Squeeze the tong's handle over your desired plate or assembly surface to release a rice base that, according to IPPINKA, will contain just the right ratio of grains to air.
