Ear plugs make me a little queasy. Even those fitted with a painted acrylic AT-AT. Though if you're going to stretch a 1" hole in the middle of your earlobe, it would probably be my #1 choice of things to fill it with. Followed by a Death Star and R2-D2.

Each model is set inside a pair of 316L surgical stainless steel, double-flare tunnels. The AT-ATs come in sizes 7/16" to 2". Death Star plugs are 3D printed and available either 1" or 2" diameters. R2-D2 plugs are also 3D printed, but their size is not specified. From the looks of things, I'd guess somewhere around 0.96 meters.
