A Cigaratt is Neutron's very own gut baby, conceived per the above video as a despicable, cantankerous nicotine addict. He provides an excerpt from the "Encyclosleazia Shittanica" that describes the Cigaratt as "vermin of the universe infesting anywhere cigarettes can be found." The inhalation of smoke "inflates the ratt's body, making it possible for it to float around." And, the coup de gr�ce: "Once they digest the smoke they dispell it from their anus in a small smoke ring." That, folks, is imagination in action. I wonder if this Encyclosleazia Shittanica has an entry for the recently released Total Recall remake....
