Floafers Foam Water Loafers
Hayes Brumbeloe created Floafers as a stylish alternative for everyone out there who begrudgingly wears uggo Crocs, Keens, Tevas, or water booties at the beach, pool, or wherever they don't want their "nice" shoes to get ruined. Made from EVA foam, Floafers are waterproof, breathable, fast-drying, anti-microbial, and slip-resistant, but molded to look like a pair of preppy loafers, they won't make your feet look like you have the taste of an 8-year-old.
Or worse, his dad.
In addition to the basic contours and design elements of classic loafers, Floafers incorporate "strategic" vent holes and side gills to aid in their abilities to breathe in hot water and dry out quickly when you wear them to slosh through puddles and oceans. Floafer soles are made of TPC rubber for traction on boat decks and wet surfaces. Brumbeloe and the Floafer team think you'll find their water loafers comfortable, practical, and dapper enough to wear:
- Beaching and pool timing.
- Boating, including in kayaks and canoes.
- Fishing.
- During active leisure, including bicycling, walking, tubing, and paddleboarding.
