Egg-Tastic Microwave Egg Cooker
I'm OK with microwaved eggs. Granted they sometimes come out with a hint of rubber band flavor, but it's a small price to pay for the convenience of being able to pop my english muffin-sized tupperware in on my way to the john, and having the makings of an egg sandwich awaiting me when I come out. As an added bonus, the staff kitchenette is right next to the cube of this dude I can't stand. I'm always happy to share the sulphuric wafts of nuking chicken parts with him.
For those less keen on the texture and taste of microwaved eggs, and less vengeful as human beings, the Egg-Tastic Microwave Egg Cooker claims it will zap your raw yolks and whites into the perfect scrambled, fried, or even poached eggs in as little as 60 seconds. The vessel, cleverly shaped and colored like its ingredients, is a ceramic pot with a vented lid that heats instantly and then holds eggs at their ideal cooking temperature. The lid lets steam escape while the pot circulates heat--a typical shortcoming of microwaves--for even cooking.
When making scrambled eggs just whisk the cracked beauties right inside the Egg-Tastic pot to avoid dirtying extra dishes. No additional oil or spray is needed for the pot's nonstick surface, which also makes it easier to clean.
